3. Non-responsibility. Without limitation of the above, the company explicitly excludes liability for any of the following points (and you hereafter release the company) liability: `Fraud by any user of the site; Any misrepresentation made by third parties (innocent or fraudulent) in relation to the website and/or content of the site; Any failure of the company to ensure that it does not infringe any copyright or other third-party intellectual property rights; Any link on the site to another site; and – loss or damage caused by delays or errors on the site (or servers) or by the interruption, cessation or failure of the operation of the Internet or a third-party telecommunications service, even if the entity has been informed of the possibility of such loss or damage. Nothing in these terms of use is intended to restrict or exclude liability on the part of the company if and to the extent that the laws in force prohibit such exclusion or restriction. Under no circumstances are the entity or its related companies, licensees, suppliers, advertisers, agents or sponsors, responsible or responsible for any indirect liability: randomly, sequel, individual, copy, penalties or other damages in connection with a contract, negligence, non-contractual act, non-contractual liability, strict liability or any other theory resulting from the use or delivery of the Site or another website to which you or the users of your account can access when using the Site, your use or its use by the user of your account, even if they are informed of the possibility of the Site. Tenants can also contact the MetCap Living Resident Helpline at 1-877-638-2271 or request customerservice@metcap.com by email to a representative to ask for help in obtaining a maintenance application form. OR To submit a service request, please complete the following form for the resident maintenance request. Resident maintenance application forms can be obtained in person from the resident manager of the building or MetCap Living headquarters at 260 Richmond Street East, Suite 300 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Tenants can also contact the MetCap Living Resident Helpline at 1-877-638-2271 or request customerservice@metcap.com by email to a representative to ask for help in obtaining a maintenance application form. For occupants of the Starlight building who have access to the residents` gate, maintenance requests can be made directly via my.metcap.com. If you need more information to access this method, please contact your Office of Management or metCap Living Resident Helpline at 1-877-638-2271. All new residents must be aware of the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants before starting a new lease. Under these terms of use, the term « website » refers to a www.metcap.com or other company-owned website that you have been redirected from. Access to the Site is offered to you by the company provided that you accept the terms and disclaimers that are included in it without modification. Your use of the Site and the content it contains is your consent to all of these Terms of Use.
